Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, new releases, or sales events, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to reach a resolution.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These costs are not included in your order total.
Pre-Orders
Items purchased as pre-orders will ship on or around the estimated release date listed on the product page. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise stated.
