RETURNS

We trust your Dirt Devils 4x4 order has arrived in tip-top shape. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your delivery, need to return a product, or simply changed your mind, please read the details below or contact us directly.


How do I return a product?

Our Customer Support Team will reach out with the next steps.

International orders: Please note that returns are not currently possible for orders outside Australia. If you experience an issue with a product purchased internationally, contact our Support Team and we’ll do our best to resolve it.


Conditions of Return

To assist our Customer Service Team with processing your return or exchange, you will need to provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you change your mind about a purchase, returns must be made within 30 days. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we may still offer store credit in the form of a gift card or an exchange for a similar item.

We are unable to offer a refund, credit, or exchange for products that have been modified, used, or handled contrary to the product instructions.


Assessing Your Return

If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the issue. This may include sending the item to the manufacturer or an authorised repair agent. Items commonly requiring assessment include electrical or motor-driven products, power tools, specially ordered items, and other technical gear.

We’ll notify you once the assessment has been completed and a resolution has been determined.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality and the issue does not amount to a major failure.
